Seize every room of your time strengthening the muscles of your abdomen. When you're working, walking, or even at night, you can perform exercises that benefit your abdomen.
► Watch your abdomen while walking
Mind your abdominal muscles do not ever leave them loose, because the weight of gravity will take you to the lower abdomen.
► An effective exercise while you work
Do several times the following exercise: breathe air force, hold the air, stress your abdominal muscles up, wait about twenty seconds and then relax.
► Another exercise at bedtime
After putting the nightshirt and before you begin to enjoy a peaceful sleep, proceed as follows:
Lie on your back on the blankets, his legs and arms outstretched and palms facing down.

Lift your legs without bending them until the heels are about 50 centimeters of the bed.
Count to 10, then slowly lower your legs.
